<p>Just a quick email to let you know some of our latest news.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Run for your Life</span></strong></p>
<p>Due to the success of the Running Club which has been running on Wednesday evenings, we have been asked by many of the participants if we will be doing another, and the good news is that we will. The current group is a real mixed group ranging from those that have never run more than a few yards since school, to some who are trying to get back into running after a time off. It is turning into a nice social group and if the next 6 week course is as much success, then we might consider running the class on additional days. The current course has 3 weeks left to run and we’d like to start the next one straight after. We expect it to be busy, so if you are interested then please let us know as soon as possible. The cost for the next 6 week course will be around the same excellent price of £20</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Pilates</span></strong></p>
<p>Since we opened the centre last year we have had numerous requests for Pilates classes but up until now we have not quite had the facility to offer this. However we are now in a better position to start these classes and we are currently in discussion with some Pilates teachers. We are taking names for all those that are interested, so do let us know if you would like to be added to this list and which days would suit you most.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Yoga</span></strong></p>

<p>Our yoga classes started with a rush of new students a few months ago and many of these classes are still going strong with all students noticing benefits in flexibility and strength and balance. Traditionally the summer months of July and August tend to get quieter for yoga schools as parents take kids away for the school holidays. Many yoga centre’s finish their terms for these periods, but luckily we have been able to keep our most popular classes running. To coincide with the kids going back to school in September and parents having more time for themselves, we are planning to kick start some new courses in Scaravelli, Ashtanga and Freestyle yoga. We are taking names for these new courses, so let us know if you would like to be added to this list and the days which would suit you best. <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Choi for Life</span></strong></p>

<p>Our main health and fitness programme continues to grow steadily. Many students who started as beginners 6 months ago, are noticing huge benefits in their health. Our daytime classes are now as busy as our evening classes, and we have had many women joining. Choi for Life is quite unique and unlike most other health and fitness programmes in that it can be tailored to the individual. Our growing instructor base enables us to offer students one-to-one assistance whenever required, which is something that most single instructor led classes can’t offer. As a result we help a range of people get fitter and healthier, and we have considerable experience working with people with various health challenges; Joint problems, back aches, trapped nerves, fused joints, arthritis, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s, those recovering from strokes are just some of the success stories we have had. We have yet to encounter someone that Choi for Life cannot help. If you know anyone who you think might benefit from a class, then let us know.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Circuit</span></strong></p>
<p>The circuit is still going strong and our regular members who stick to the recommended 30 minutes, 3 times a week are seeing the weight just drop off.</p>
<p>If you haven’t plucked up the courage to pop down yet, or come back and try something different, do it now and you’ll never look back. If now isn’t quite right for you then that’s also fine as we will be here if you change your mind</p>
